Want to have a “Voice” in the Schuylkill County Fair? Are you between the ages of 12 – 17? The Schuylkill County Fair is looking for members to join the Junior Fair Board. Potential members need to complete an application and be selected to be on the Junior Fair board. Applications are available from advisors, Brain Murray and Gretchen Dingman or can be downloaded from link posted below.

Junior Fair board members will promote the fair, learn how the Fair works, have a voice on improving the fair, coordinate and plant fair events that are led by the Junior Fair board. Duties and tasks of the Junior Fair board is open to the creativity and drive of its members, but may include helping with fair events – concerts, tractor pulls, livestock shows, FARM Food stand, taking surveys, office or ticket booth tasks.

We are excited to unveil our new online registration process! This year, ALL fair entries, open, 4-H & FFA, will be registered through the following link:

Fair Entry Website is open to register entries June 1 – July 1, 2025

1 – Fair Entry

Use the link above to go to the fair entry site. Once there, select “as an exhibitor” to the question posed, “how would you like to participate?” Next, log in to the system. If you created an account in the past, use that account and log in. If not, create an account and log in.

2 – Add Exhibitors

Once an account is created or you have logged into your account, you will be able to “add” each child/exhibitor within that family account. Do not “submit” entries until all exhibitors/children have been added along with their entries.

3 – Add Entries

Register your classes such as open dairy, 4-H and FFA, Youth exhibits, Hay and grain, vegetables, Fruits, Home and Dairy Products, Floral exhibits, Needlecraft, Art and crafts, group exhibits, wine and beers, Apron Contest, Royalty contest, Boilo Contest, Apiary Products and Antique farm tractors. Don’t hit submit until you’ve registered for ALL intended classes for the fair.

4 – Payment

Complete the online registration process, hit “submit” and print your confirmation email. Postal mail confirmation email along with registration fees to
