2019 Schuylkill County Fair Weston Pavilion Schedule

Peggy Hentz of Red Creek Wildlife Rehabilitation will be at the fair on Saturday, Aug. 3.

The Schuylkill County Fair is excited to announce their 2019 Weston Pavilion lineup. Members of this all volunteer Fair organization are sure that the Weston Pavilion lineup will interest all age groups. Young and older will be enlightened and educated by what the Fair has worked into the schedule.

The programing each night is sponsored by the Schuylkill County Conservation District. Special note is that Porcupine Pat will be staffing the Shadle Nature Center Monday to Friday from 5 PM to 7:30 Daily for all your environmental questions. Special staffing by Porcupine Pat on Kids Day which is Tuesday, July 30 with the center open from 1 to 2:30 PM. On Saturday August 3 which is Family Day, Porcupine Page will have the center open from 5 to 7:30 PM.

So without further delay let’s kicking off the Weston Pavilion and Shadle Nature Center programing lineup.

Monday: July 29 – Pulling Day
Porcupine Pat @ 5 PM to 7:30

Tuesday: July 30 – Kids Day
Bugman @ 1 PM
Porcupine Pat @ 6:30 On “Ways of Wildlife”

Wednesday: July 31 – Schuylkill County Day
Kyle Schutt, Schuylkill Conservation District Insect Management Technician @ 6:30 PM On “The Latest on West Nile/Mosquitoes & Spotted Lantern Fly”

Thursday: Aug 1 – Sr. Appreciation Day
Larry Moyer, PSU Master Gardner @ 6:30 PM On “Form Follows Function.”

Friday: Aug 2 – Country Day
Kathy Hampford, aka Queen Bee, PSU Master Gardner 6:30 PM On “Bees and other Pollinators”

Saturday: Aug 3 – Family Fun Day
