The Schuylkill County Fair Association wants to thank the community for its support in the past.  Without organizations, and business the Fair would not be the success that it is.  We are hoping that local business and organizations will once again renew their support of the 2016 Schuylkill County Fair.

The Schuylkill County Fair is the area’s best-attended week-long family-oriented event that Schuylkill County has to offer.  Over 300,000 visitors and participants enjoy” the week-long fair.  The Fair celebrates Schuylkill County’s number one industry, Agriculture.

Our 4-H and FFA youth organizations and others, showcase their products during the fair week for all to see and admire.  Annual scholarships are offered to deserving youth.  The fairgrounds is also home to the Schuylkill County Agricultural Museum, the Shadle Nature Center, the Weston Pavilion and the Bear Creek Environmental Area.

We are asking business and organizations to partner with the Fair to make the 33rd Schuylkill County Fair, August 1-6, 2016 the biggest and best to date.  This year’s theme is “We Have Good Things Growing.” With your help we can grow even better.  We ask that you join our family by providing sponsorship of one of the many events that happen during the Schuylkill County Fair.  Your sponsorship helps us to provide FREE nightly major entertainment, FREE week long family entertainment acts, FREE educational programs plus livestock shows, contest and exhibits.  Now large and small business and organizations can be part of the Schuylkill County Fair family by contributing gift certificates or prizes to be chanced off on our money wheel at the Fair.  Not only will you help the Fair but it gives you the opportunity to draw new customers to your business.

Please consider a contribution to the 2016 Schuylkill County Fair to help us continue to “Grow Good Things.”  A sponsorship made to the Fair is tax deductible according to current law as the Fair is under the parent organization of the Foundation for Agriculture and Resource Management (FARM) which is a 501c3 organization.  Help us in our mission to educate the general public about how to manage our natural resources within the agriculture community.  Come learn from us how agriculture has a direct impact on our daily lives.  Show your support of our valuable mission by sponsoring one of the many activities to be presented at the 2016 Schuylkill County Fair.  For more information on how you can sponsor the 2016 Schuylkill County Fair, please call Dave Wolfe at 570-754-3150 or email him at
