Clubhouse

If you wish to reserve the Clubhouse in advance for any Saturday between May through September, and you are booking on or before March 1st of the same year, the minimum fee is $350.00.   Normal rates will apply to all reservations booked after March 1st, if the desired date is still available.   The normal rate always applies if the rental rate would exceed $350.00.

Parties and Meetings such as Senior Citizen and Service Clubs, Bridal showers, Birthday Parties, Family Gatherings, Reunions, etc.  – (Clubhouse only.)

Less than 50 Invited- $75.00

50-100 invited- $100.00

101-120 max. invited- $125.00

Business Meeting, etc

$110.00  plus $2.00 per person over 20 persons

Educational Activities Youth Or Adult—non-profit group

$1.25/ person

Educational Activities Youth Or Adult—for-profit group

$5.50/person

All Wedding Receptions, Large Class Reunions (over 100 invited attendees)              A uniformed security observer (Fire Policeman) must be employed for the duration of the event and you will be charged by the observer, $9.00/hr.  (Rate subject to change)

Gas Fireplace Rental

The above fees presume a maximum rental period of six (6) hours.  There will be an additional charge of $50.00/hour for each hour the building(s) are occupied beyond the six-hour limit.  The party must vacate the Clubhouse by midnight or sooner.  The building must be cleaned up and locked by 1:00 a.m. at the latest.

Sweet Arrow Lake County Park is open to the public from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset.  Exceptions apply for fishing and boating and to special permit holders only.
